This isn't my first rodeo. I am British, and with that goes a genetic makeup of bad teeth. I am like the cavity queen.

I told the dentist that I broke one tooth when eating cashews and the other one broke on its own. They told me that teeth break, crack, and chip on soft foods all of the time. Who knew that this was a thing? I do now.

Ouch. I hope you're feeling better. For me, I'm not scared of the dentist, but I've never had any big dental work done.

Sassy, I do wish you the very best at the Dentist! I love this post! I remember the first tooth I ever broke was on a bologna sandwich. Believe it or not! I remember when it happened I wondered how a bologna sandwich could break my tooth?
