Took the day off this week. Monday. There must be about 1000 DVD's here I can watch from Bogart to what was in the theater recently.

For me, Monday is both the day of turning a new page, and also the day confronted with all last week's procrastinations...

Good Morning
Pat, I enjoyed reading this post. Young mothers are so busy that they have very little time for themselves. I did love the hustle and bustle back then and I always loved when the kids would come home from school. When I worked it was always crazy but I never seemed to mind. I've always loved mornings and drinking my first cup of coffee. Now that I have grandkids I love having them over to spend time with us. I have to say now that school is back in session we won't get to see them as much as during the summer.

Now I feel so much better since my kids would do the same thing - though they never traipsed the little league team past me while on the throne!

Well, that was a different read! Most people I know do NOT like Mondays. Nice to have get this point of view.

Good morning
Your trip down the memory lane of your once fast-paced life reminded me of my own once upon a time. I miss those days, but only once in a great while. I am a fan of Monday as well. My favorite shows air on Monday and it always feels like things start off on the right track at the beginning of the week. Have a great day!
