Either you are way ahead of me and I suspect you are, or you are about to become best friends with that salesman ot and the geek Squad. Have fun.

Re: The same here, Goldiec. Our oldest daughter teaches us everything.
I am in need of a new computer, but I have hesitated due to the many technical issues that will surely inhibit me from operating the new device. Regardless, you have to learn at some point. Better now than never.

Good Afternoon
Pat, I'm sure I would have been just like you. I have no clue about the way things work. Roy shows me if he knows how but sometimes he doesn't know how to do it either. Then there are the times I wait for the kids to come over and they help me. I have no clue how they know how to do this stuff. I remember when we got Hulu and the remote control took me a week to figure out. The kids came over and I said here I will show you how to work it. They said don't worry Grandma and within a few minutes they figured out the whole remote. I have no idea how they did that.

Good afternoon
John and I were just talking about this new technology crap that has left many of us behind. We were attempting to open a link from an email that was sent by his company concerning the quarterly profit-sharing check. This is not something that he should have to fight to see, but he did. We called for help after the "captcha" failed to allow us to enter the site. We continued to be blocked. We called the 800 # provided in the body of the email only to be told that we were not blocked and that we needed to download the app. We were using the desk computer, something that appeared foreign to the phone helper. An hour later, I finally accessed the needed information from the main portal through his company site. I took notes, but I am sure that things will change once again in the near future. Technology is advancing way too fast for us.
