The same thing went on about Vaccinating babies years ago against all the childhood diseases that killed so many. Then schools said no vaccine no come to school or preschool or nothing. Amazing how many people vaccinated their kids and got on with life. What is the big why can't i be free thingy going on everywhere. Every one wears a seat belt carries a drivers licence pays a fine if they disobey the rules. To live ON GRID there have to be some rules or it would be mayhem.
