Depending here Bill on the mosqitoes. They eat me alive but I love sitting out amongst my flowers on a nice sunny day.

Good Morning
I would have to say for me it depends on the heat of the day. If it's too hot then I would say no. If it's on the cooler side then I would have a different answer.
