I like Root Beer but once in a while. I go through phases and may not touch another drop for a year.

I like root beer. In fact, we stopped at Stewart's in my first college days.

Pat's is the original home of the cheesesteak. Pat's and Geno's are across the street from each other. These two claim to be the best, but in south Philly is Tony Luke's. The problem with Tony's is that he uses yellow cheese.

It was close to the Eastern State Penitentiary was once the most famous and expensive prison in the world, but stands today in ruin, a haunting world of crumbling cellblocks and empty guard towers. Its vaulted, sky-lit cells once held many of America's most notorious lawbreakers, including "Slick Willie" Sutton and "Scarface" Al Capone.

There's a neighborhood in Philly that has dozens of  sandwich shops.  We would drop em off and pick them up in a couple of hours.  Ir was in an area close to the old Prison that we would walk through!

  Yum....Yum!
