A really nice way to treat Grandad . Sadly it does not happen very often. I think it is going to be a big problem eventually folk are living longer but are paying a penalty.

Re: Kabu
Please don't send me any yarn. I have 5 big storage tubs full of hats & scarves that must find a home - just keeping the hands busy and making a couple hats a day, things pile up. A charity that picks up is coming on Saturday and one of those tubs, about 50 or 60 hats, is going away with them. They work with homeless people and a women's shelter in a nearby coummunity - I try to donate things they can use.

How lovely and how he is enjoying being bossed by his little women. Every time i walk passed yarn I think of you and want to buy yarn and send it down your way.

Good afternoon
That is a sweet vision to witness. Children love their grandparents as they should. They offer a glimpse of the past history and forgive us for all of our mistakes. They are a true treasure. Our two grandkids get really upset when I show up without their pappy in tow. They have a hard time understanding that he still works.

Good Morning
Pat, thanks for sharing this because it made me smile. I think little girls are very protective of their grandparents. This story proves that the love this family has is priceless.
