Sassy, your sauce sounds delicious. I think the homemade sauce is the best. Roy brought some cucumbers in from the garden a little while ago. I have some in the fridge that I cut up this morning. I think you really would love my zucchini bread. I know my neighbors do. Roy is not a zucchini lover. That would be me.

Pat, I have not seen this brand in our stores. I would try it though because you might love it. What's your favorite flavor of ice cream? I've never been to Oregon. On the weather this morning I thought of you. They said there were going to be storms in St. Louis.

I plan on cooking with zucchini too.
I am making up a large pot full of Arrabiata sauce with zucchini, carrots, onion, garlic, spinach, and tomatoes. I use it to serve over pasta. I love zucchini bread but more in the fall. With all of the cooking that you do, I bet that yours is moist and delicious.

Good afternoon
I should have stopped at your house for breakfast. Yum! John and I haven't eaten yet. Neither of us has an appetite, but I would make an exception for a plate full of your breakfast. Sounds like you had a good start to the day. I've been thinking very
seriously about trying a new brand of ice cream that has appeared in my local store: Tillamook. I buy their cheese and prefer it above any other brand - the Tillamook creamery is located in western Oregon, a stop we made once while on a family camping trip - which was why I tried the cheese when it first came to the Midwest.
