Re: I just cleaned my windows last week.
I hang laundry out in the warmer months but none of my neighbors do.

My windows on the inside are relatively clean - I can reach them.
But those outside require a ladder - I don't do ladders, so they are weather streaked in places. None of my neighbors hangs laundry - I see the exhaust from their dryers on chilly winter days.
