I've often thought where the $$ would go if I ever had a billion or so
to spare (after all my grandkids had college tuition paid and all the kids were set up with a paid off mortgage and a retirement annuity). Little houses for the homeless, set up with sanitation, water, utilities in a number of cities would be #1 on the list.
