They will never hit herd immunity unless they do something.
We are only at 47% and we need to be at 73%. 100 % would be better still.

They know who has got their shots due to the percentages that they report daily. Your name goes into a computer system the day that you get your shot. It's simple, reward the people who did the right thing.

what about the civic minded people who already have their two shots would they get the Stimulus as well. Just wondering.

It seems that the younger population simply just does not want to deal with the shots, but they do seem motivated by money. It would be a win-win situation for all.
