Pat, thank you so much! The pain in my foot was terrible and I was really getting tired of limping around. I'm so glad I went to a specialist. I should have gone quite a while ago.

Kabu, thank you so much! I'm so glad to be on the mend after so long. I started taking my medicine yesterday and I did some exercises yesterday and today but the doctor said not too many at first till I finish my medicine. I would exercise every day to keep from having that pain in my foot.

I am happy to hear that you got this taken care of and are now headed towards recovery. Foot pain is the worst.

I hope it gets better soon. It’s good you went to the docto. I hate going there. I gave “white coat syndrome.” You feel better and hope you have a good weekend and 4th.

I've had the Plantar F- thing, too. Still wearing ortho shoes just to make

Oh wonderful news. No surgery needed and I am sure you will be happy to do the exercises if it helps you get better.
