I hope you can get the treatment it is rather a nuisance having to endure pain each time the foot touches the ground. I keep doing exercises but try to not use painkillers. The other variant is creeping closer, Of course, everyone wants the old freedom back but it looks dodgy.

Good afternoon
I am loving the cooler temps. We are headed out later for a country drive. We are searching for nostalgic venues, wildflowers, and yellow roses.

Good luck with the foot. Nothing stops us like a painful foot, and I hope
it's back to comfortable normal sooner rather than later. And nice weather doesn't hurt, either.
