Those damn floor lamps are dangerous to toes! I once broke my toe on one. It is a painful life lesson.

Pat, I love this post. I think anytime we can get together with friends is a blessing. I loved the part that your friend doesn't look like a Grandma. I was thinking about this and I have to say I do look like a grandma. That's okay though. How would my grandkids recognize me? haha That sentence was just for fun. I hope you have a good day. I wish we could all meet and have coffee together.

I like reading about your experience at these sessions. Some folk have had really
been through the mill and have come back almost unscathed. I expect the lady
you mentioned is a loving Grandmother even if she does not want to look like one.
