Resassyass

Very nice I can imagine it. Well, a lady did give me a cup of warm tea and a lump of cake. I was trying to swallow it when she said 'I have just laid old Bill out.

Re:Sassy

I guess we are all bigfoots to an ant. I cannot remember being bitten by one, but they do milk greenfly and it is really sticky where the process takes place.

Re: Pat

They are a nuisance when they swarm. There is a nest under the back doorstep no problem until the winged ones take flight.

A lovely poem for the tiniest creature.

Covid cases are reducing in India but still need to be very careful.

I've heard that ants can live for more than 20 years - but how would

we know their age - they remain powerful and can carry many times their weight.  And like soldiers, the survivor remembers the one lost to Bigfoot.

I loved the story of the blue flowers. Some wild violets grow in the

yard next door, and once in awhile one of them will show up at the edge of my lawn, but they don't get along with the mower.

I laughed at what happened re the plant.  One way to teach a kid that somethings one just doesn't share.

Good Afternoon

Great writing as always!  You never know who will come into your life or why.

Good one

Those ants stand no chance of survival against Bigfoot. Although I do believe that their underground tunnel runs from China to parts unknown.

Good afternoon

It appears that you may have been touched by the power of a witch. I have small blue flowers planted in a patriotic array, combined with red and white flowers in my huge wine barrel planters. Those blue flowers are so enchanting, unusual, and rare.
