Unless there are deadlines that make flying necessary,
I vote for driving to Vegas... You get to see the country, see the people who live there - at least those who work in the hospitality industry, and your granddaughter will get an invaluable geography lesson. And driving in your own vehicle may just be a bit safer from a Covid exposure standpoint. But whatever you decide, my fingers are crossed that everything works for your success.
