Good Evening

I admire people that can follow these diets but I don't think I'm in this group.  I'd like to say I am but I'm really not.

My one daughter eats kind of like that. She is very thin. That’s a lot of fruit I think.

I also have a sweet tooth. My downfall is Boston cream pie.

I doubt if I ever ate even that much as a girl and a young woman. As a child I never ate if I could avoid it and the same when grown up,, except when I was breast feeding my boys. I wanted my milk to be the healthiest for them. I never ate sweets or candy just an occassional ice cream. I love my food these days. and have gradually developed a real sweet tooth.
