Right to keep and bear arms
The right to keep and bear arms (often referred to as the right to bear arms) is a right for people to possess weapons (arms) for their own defense. Only a few countries recognize an individual right to keep and bear arms and protect it constitutionally, with more classifying it as a statutory privilege granted to some segment of the population. en.wikipedia.org

I am sad that you were driven to that dark point but glad you are now able to tell the tale. I also second everything the others have commented on this post.

Admitting it is helpful.
It shows that you have come a long way. I cannot imagine going to that place where all is hopeless, but I do know that millions of people do go through it. Your writing about it is probably great therapy. At the time that my dad committed suicide, nobody had a clue that he was sad, depressed, or even thinking about ending it all. It was a complete shock to his family and friends. Good luck with this and all of your other writings. You are very brave to talk so openly about a taboo subject.

I agree with Kabu. This is tough to share, but doing so may help
someone who reads your story. I'm very thankful that you're still here, writing and sharing your ideas.
