Good afternoon, keep up the great work!

Gluten-free food appears to help people trim their tummies. My youngest daughter's best friend lost more than 30 pounds from eating ALL gluten-free foods, especially ones that included pasta. Once she stopped the diet, the weight slowly came back. My downfall is stuffed crust pizza. I tend to eat what I am craving, and I crave pizza quite a bit. I just watch my portion size. I never eat more than two slices in any one sitting. It works for me now; I do gain or lose weight, but I am also heavier than I was when I was in my twenties. I will never see 135 again. but my tall frame allows for a little extra weight.
