Sea Gypsy, thank you so much for the comment. I figured food prices were high in California too. I'm so glad that we do have a freezer because we buy a lot of food when it goes on sale. Since the pandemic, it's very pricey to eat out. Our restaurants have lost so much money and now that food prices are up it's really hard on the owners.

Good thing you have frozen food cause prices are sky high. It’s always helpful to go to the freezer to get done things.

Kabu, thank you so much for the comment. I seriously cannot believe how much meat costs in the grocery store. Last year I would buy a pack of sausage at the grocery store and it was $7. The same pack is $12.50. That just seems like a very high price increase. It's all been since the pandemic.

Groceries here in Canada are gone through the roof already. We will be building a stairway to the heavens soon. It's cold here too love. Enjoy your coffee and have a lovely day

Good luck with your hair treatment. I have found that Biotin is everything when it comes to the nutrients needed for strong, healthy hair. I take Nature Made, a vitamin supplement for hair, skin, and nails. So far, so good.

Good morning

It is a bit warmer here today, but not much. We left our ferns outside, and they are now screaming for some much needed sunshine after days of being drenched. I am headed out to birthday shop for tomorrow's party. Anthony is throwing Jessica a surprise birthday party, so while they are at work we will be decorating and setting up her new drum set.

BC-A, during this pandemic I think I've gotten a little run down. I feel like I need a boost. I'm sure I'm not getting enough vitamins and minerals.

Much of the nutritional information on packages appear magic potions of benefits I've read, with a low percentage of mineral and vitamin nutritives. Potassium's in ample supply. Taking or adding a supplement's beneficial. For myself, it's vitamin C. Extra bulk, no! Ha.
