Kabu, thank you so much for the comment. I think ice cream is good on any day. We went past the ice cream stand and seriously there were people wrapped around the building. At that point, we went home and pulled some ice cream out of the freezer.

The tenant upstairs Tex keeps going in out the back door, up on the landing of the sunny staircase that leads to my apartment, so it must be a nice day. I'll see soon.

Good morning
You are so right. Today is sunny, hot, and gorgeous! Pierogies with parsley butter are one of my favorite side dishes. I would never say no to a pumpkin pie either. My fairies and gnomes are all set up. Hopefully, Squirrely Gigs aka Gigzilla leaves them alone. My squirrels are always digging up things in search of their buried peanuts.
