Yes, they can as long as they are used properly. For example, at my college's professor evaluations, they were slanted to where you were going to say the professor was at least a good teacher.

They allow companies to know how employees feel. They also offer insight into issues.

I do enjoy this post. Thank you. I don't think questionairs do much good except to create jobs for people who work statistics.

Love that character's name: Romeo Valentine! Good one. No, questionnaires are used for analytics and that's it. They manipulate the stats and do all sorts of things with them, imho.
