That is awesome. I didn't take typing class until high school. They are teaching it to younger kids, more than likely due to the popularity of texting.

Congratulations! It's great to be ahead of the group in keyboarding, as they call it now. I played piano so I was also very fast, once upon a year.

Good Afternoon
FSI, I must say you were an excellent typist. I'm sure the teacher did take note of how good you were. It's much easier to get work done when you know how to type. I made sure both of my boys and my daughter took typing classes in school and they all went on to college. It's been an asset for them to know how to type. I'm thankful that I took typing in middle school and all the way through high school. We used to get timed on assignments. I'm so glad that I know how to type because it helps me when I'm writing a story. I've taken hours off of my book writing by using the computer.
