This is a double-edged concept to me. All is true but had he lived he might have grown and contributed to the good of the world. It’s like the Marilyn Monroe syndrome: she will never look or grow old in our eyes. But what might have been? This lets us ponder the raw truth; we each must deal with life (and death) as best we can. Thank you for your thought-provoking post.

The nurse in me says he died because straight after the race all that parading and cheering, he didn't get a chance to hydrate with a big bottle of water!
