Sending prayers for you and Mrs. Sun. 
As for the contractors, my biggest emotion involves the chaos that comes with these repairs, renovations, and upgrades. The cost follows closely behind along with the mess that they tend to make.

what stresses me dear Bill is when they ring and put one off for a few days. I always feel my job is as important as someone else's and they should work through their list in order of who called in first!
