It really depends on the situation. A person knows when they are gravely ill, so it has to come down to if they are healthy enough to get that second opinion or if they even want it.

My prayers for Mrs Sun.Sometimes a crucial surgery requires a second opinion.I took the AstraZeneca vaccine a few weeks back and it's safe...no side effects luckily.

I am praying for Mrs Sun. Some times one knows you are with the best and don't need a second opinion. Circumstances, all are different.
