It will be nice to celebrate, we can do so as long as it is outside. No one is sure really but crowds gather protesting, I suppose they have been wound up for so long, but it is unwise of course. My friend who helps me makes quite a lot of pickled eggs. I always thought the point was to let them mature in the vinegar but folk seem to eat them before that.

It's great to see Easter moving toward some semblance of normlacy. That was one of the toughest parts to it last year.

Taps, my pickled eggs are in the back of the fridge. I hope they turn out because I followed the recipe exactly and measured everything. My container held 9 eggs so that's how many are in the container. Roy likes pickled eggs and so do I so I sure hope they turn out.

I made pickled eggs once for Ribcage because he claimed that he really liked them. I boiled a dozen eggs. I followed a recipe except I added some jalapeno peppers because he love them. They looked pretty but I had no desire to try them. I do not like eggs except for baking cookies and cake and such. He gradually ate every one of them..... I never made them again. LOL

It was cold here too. A few of my tulips didn't handle the frost very well, but my other flowers powered through the bitter cold. Hope you have a wonderful day.
