Well, Pat I never listen to those shows. I expect everyone has a black sheep or two in the meadow of the mind. In fact, I have not listened to the radio for a long time as I lost a gadget that tuned to my hearing aid. Last week I found it so I just listen to the news and an odd film on the television.

You are so right on the spot. I don't watch TV much at all. I have Netflix now and I can lose myself in series and moviesand excellent educational documentaries.
I never had hundreds of girlfriends for the very reasons you mentioned. Because they were led by the Greek's Sister in law I used to have coffee/lunches in Sydney with a group of Women. I called it " being with the Greusomes."

Pat, I have to agree with you! I usually like to take the middle of the road to keep the peace but in this case, you nailed it. In a perfect world, my wish would be for them to discuss positive events.

Your honesty is so refreshing. I have thought that they are snarky and full of themselves, so I just do not watch them. It was a better show when Barbara Walters was at the table. Whoopi grates me wrong and Joy appears to have a negative opinion on just about every topic presented to them. Politics and celebrities are a really boring topic where their latest antics are concerned. I like some intriguing, funny, and fascinating news rather than depressing, outrageous, and ignorant antics that the world is already overly familiar with.
