Good Morning
Oh my! I do hope you feel better soon. I hope you take it easy and rest until you can move with ease. Barrels filled with dirt are quite heavy. Do you have a dolly that you could use for moving pots? It may help but I'm not sure. Sometimes when you move something heavy you can use leverage but in this case, I'm not sure it would have helped.

It may be time for you to recruit an assistant to help with the heavy
lifting, or at least to make sure one is around in case you throw your back out. I love your Teddy Bear - and empathize with his concerns. I hate it when I'm packed in with some battery-operated robot.

A pulled muscle is not unfamiliar to me, neither is falling on my head when I bend over to pick up something without preplanning and care. Getting up after falling on my head is the worst of all.

Those flower pots can get really heavy when fully loaded with wet dirt. Gotta be careful not to strain your back.
