April's Fool Day is not the big thing now as it was when I was growing up. Without many tv's around, no computers, no iPhones, or other such to keep one busy, there were a lot of people playing April Fools jokes on each other. I like April 1 better without the Fools around.

You are right. It appears that April Fool's Day started last year and has not stooped as of yet.

On my FB timeline today is a post by my son about a new
business thinking to locate across the street from the Lincoln Middle School. A cannabis dispensary. "Canna Biz." Very official news release. The company thinks they'll make so much money the city will no longer need to assess property taxes...

Goodness Ciel I did not even notice. I remember My Mum used to shout Rabbits and Hares on the Ist of each month. I never found out why.

Good Afternoon
It's been quite a year and we've started April with snow on the ground. Our plants are in the kitchen to stay warm. They were in our sunroom but there's no heat back there so we had to rearrange the kitchen and make room for trays of plants and grow lights to keep the young plants alive. I just heard that France is going into their third lockdown and that is a scary thought to me. My daughter said this morning we will probably always have to wear masks. I sure hope not because I'm tired of wearing masks and everything else that has gone on this year. When my pharmacy emails me I will go and get my second shot. I did some research and found that the first shot and the second shot are exactly the same. I hope after two shots we are protected. I guess only time will tell.
