Too early for spring up here but I can start cleaning away the mess everywhere and then soon I will fill the back porch with plants ready for them to go outdoors and make a summer show of colors.

Gardening could fill your hours, you may not even miss the social life

enjoyed pre-covid. (But that was a kind of sunshine and fresh air, wasn't it? No, you'll still find yourself like a sunflower, turning to face the sun and reflecting the light.)

I've gotten plants from the local Lowes, and from the grocery store, but I think I will look further afield to some gardening stores this year. My tomatoes were not a success last summer. I have some clues how to improve them this year.

Good Afternoon

Ciel, I look forward to reading about your garden. This is such a nice time of year. Last year was our best year for peppers. We had so many we didn't know what to do with all of them. I love zucchini and our zucchini did not do good last year. I hope it does this year.

Raised gardens are so much easier to work with. We won't be working from seed either. I am anxious to get some fresh Roma and Beefsteak tomatoes going. I love this time of year when everything is fresh and new.
