Like your funny animals, we have all loved and lost. Love the names that you have given these Brick Street creatures.

Good Morning
Paladin was not welcomed back into the Brick Street Troop. I question Paladin's thinking because he burned a lot of bridges before he left. Coda Mae, his own mother had turned against him and his sister White Ears had done the same. I think unless he totally changes his ways he better find somewhere else to make a home.
Paladin is lucky that the groundhog's old burrow is still there but it is occupied by Ms. Brown Bunny. She was kind enough to let him stay but she gave Paladin plenty of rules and I hope he follows them till he can find his own place.
Paladin thought he was just going to come back and everybody was going to welcome him with open arms. Life is not like that and he should have known that. Now he wants to meet a girl and have a pup and have everybody love him. I wonder what he would have to do to make that happen. He better start saying his prayers right now and turn over a new leaf. It's rough when your own family doesn't want you.
