I love it because I feel comfortable with the moisture, going down my throat. I'm okay with ketchup. I stick to the teaspoon of mustard, for the same reason. And a pastrami sandwich with spicy mustard began a phobia that lasted for years.

I quit using ketchup decades ago. I prefer mustard on my fries and onion rings and impossible burgers.
