We have many unmarked vehicles here. Yes, marked ones seem to have come out of nowhere at times also. The unmarked are very unmarked.

I think a lot of unmarked are on patrol Bill it takes a while to coordinate a stop at times.

Locaton A is next to a body shop. I saw State Trooper cars mangled in all sorts of ways.

Yes, but then I live just two blocks from the police station in our small borough. We do have unmarked police cars that catch aggressive drivers in our area due to there being so much construction on our many highways.
