Re: Goldiec
BC-A, I think Sgt. Mulberry and I got off to a bad start but I'm trying to understand where he comes from with his strict orders.

Re:
Kabu, sometimes I think about your gnomes too and hope that they are safe. They really do seem to have a good head on their shoulders and I do believe they will be fine.

What are you going to fix them for their special meal? My Czechoslovakian Grandma's liked pork with sauerkraut dumplings (nedliki).

I have been worrying all day about my Gnome brigade away and out of my sight with St.Patrick's day which with them can last until Easter which can last until Christmas.

Hope you get some good weather there soon. Any gnomes missing? I saw one in the garden center aimlessly hanging around...

Re:
FSI, it's so dark and gloomy here and it's been raining all morning. I hope our temperatures are better next week. We are going down in the 20's tonight.

We're getting nailed with rain right now. Temperatures are supposed to be in the 60s next week. Looks like a good reward.

Re: Good morning.
Sassy, I hear the gnomes in their room playing video games. I'm making soup for lunch and trying to make sure they don't go outside. They are still in their jammies. When I look out my kitchen window it looks so dark. My gnomes will miss going outside but they won't miss Bootcamp. I love the sunny skies too!

Re: What do gnomes eat? Do they like raw seeds and berries or have they
Pat, these are all very good questions. My gnomes are very spoiled. I cater to them and cook all their meals. They do like nuts and berries and peanut butter is one of their favorites. On most days they eat whatever we do and I've found that they love soup with lots of carrots and celery in it. They love potatoes too and ever since I've introduced them to sweets they like cookies too. I make a lot of oatmeal cookies for them. I have a dishwasher so they put their own dirty dishes in the dishwasher and then I run it. They would never leave a dirty dish laying around because they know I wouldn't put up with it for a minute.

Good morning.
Sick gnomes would be quite the handful. Better to keep them warm and cozy. It is gray, raining, and dismal in our parts today. It is such a contrast to yesterday's sunny skies. {{Sigh}}

What do gnomes eat? Do they like raw seeds and berries or have they
found a way to cook porridge over a campfire? Do they have can openers so they can enjoy cold pork and beans or perhaps sardines? Who is stuck with cleanup? Or do they clean up? Is there one assigned to KP duty?
