I’m wondering if Mellie will move to another area? They are all so animated that I love them.

Re: Kabu
Cheeky little fluffs, aren't they - not even a word for the one who bought their lunch...

Today I counted five red squirrels at my seed pile. I did ask them what their names are but they were quite rude. Just turned their backs to me, twitched their tails in disrespect and kept on eating.

Good Morning
Pat, Oh my goodness! Thanks for sharing the adventures of the backyard squirrels. I've never thought to ask the names of all our squirrels. They are so fast and never stop to chat. We may have a cat or two in the neighborhood but I've never seen the squirrels running for their dear lives. I wonder if squirrels are out at night? I'm always inside when the sun goes down so I don't know the answer to what the squirrels do in the evening hours. I haven't seen any groundhogs around here. I wonder if they moved on?

Your Days of Our Backyard Squirrels reminds me so much of P.D. & Phil's piece of land where they live and the various animals that live there with them and keep them entertained and also give them trouble. I know I haven't done much commenting on it but it has kept me entertained.

I suspect that before long, Mellie and Trubble will learn to tolerate each other in the name of survival.
