I believe that they see something that they "think" that they must have, but do not have the means to obtain it on their own, so they just grab it up.

I'm not really sure of the answer. I think it depends on the person and the situation. There could be many different factors that play a part in what a person does. It could be drugs, mental illness, hunger, and the list goes on and on.

It is cool to read. I think I don’t know much about stealing. I know it’s at times a mental disturbance such as in kleptomania. Others who steal may feel it’s a form of manifesting power. Sometimes it’s desperation and starvation and/or addiction.
