I have a big pot of Greek bean and vegetable soup in the crockpot. It should make enough for me to put meals in the freezer for one person, myself...plus some to enjoy soon.

Pat B, I'm hoping for a warmup soon. This winter has been very cold. I think the word I would use is Intense. I love to write so I'm always making time in between the different things I do.

C_C_T, I'm thankful that you have had a mild winter. I wish we could say the same. I never realized that Rhubarb needed cold spells. I've learned something new today.

Sassy, I'm always taking breaks in-between my cooking so that I can write. Actually, no matter what I do I take time to write. I love to write.

It sounds as though you really love cooking. I am amazed at the variety of meals you serve. Our house is quite warm we have gas central heating. Actually, the weather has been so mild this winter, it is unbelievable. A lady who grows forced Rhubarb says it is a job to get good production because she relies on cold spells to force the plants

Good afternoon.
I make my chicken salad about the same as you do. I sent John with a meatloaf sandwich for his lunch today. I have had that French onion dip. It is delish! I made an apple pie cake yesterday. John has just about eaten the whole 13x9 cake. We are headed over to the kids. Thanks for the lunch meat reminder. I need it for John's lunches. Stay warm and safe!
