Sassy, your meal sounds delicious. Michelle went to the Dr. this morning for a bad sinus infection so I heated up chicken soup for her at lunchtime. I'm still not sure what I'm making for dinner.

Pretty cold here Goliec wind chill it is called of course we go by metric and I can never work that out like the old way.

I am making a pot pie today with carrots, potatoes, chicken, peas, and a thick gravy. I will top it with buttermilk biscuits. It is an easy dish to prepare, and the oven will warm up the kitchen, and the smells will permeate throughout the house.
