My response to your question is yes,think first shoot second but I do suggest that there may be times when one has to act very quickly.

Every adult should be responsible for their own actions, and parents should also teach that to their children. Anyone with a responsible job should be given plenty of training in how they are expected to perform.

There are too many instances of police showing their ass, and they need to be accountable for their actions.
