In general, I think so In many circumstances. They can be very perceptive yet they are naive so it depends on the situation and the child.

I am not sure dear Bill re your question. I think it depends on the individual child. probably a teacher and the parents of a child could be the best to ask.

It really depends on their age.
Children never really see the dangers in our world unless they witness it firsthand, hear it from the adults, or they are old enough to watch the news.
