Ciel, your socks sound awesome! I love getting new socks. Roy got me 6 new pairs for Christmas. They came in a pack and I was just thrilled. They are super soft and I love wearing them. The weatherman said this morning that next weekend it's going to be extremely cold with snow. We've still got a lot more winter to go before we get to spring. Today it's cloudy but yesterday we did see the sun.

You are well prepared for that artic weather with all of those socks.
My feet are always cold according to my hubby. I would do well to get myself a new pack of socks even though I probably would never wear them. I love my flip-flops too much.

I find solace in the natural world in this fractious time. Seeing your
photos and reading your descriptions of the great outdoors, the crescent moon and thin clouds - which I've seen here as well, but without the mountain backdrop - give me a sense the world is still going around as it should.
