Not an easy project for someone to start before we are all vaccinated. Don't do coffee shop. It is hard work, labor intensive and difficult to make the rent. I know. Before the nursing career I used to run coffee shops for the boys father.

It would be tough going for most small stores at present, but if no one tried it would be the end many dreams. I do remember seeing a Yarn shop once , brings back memories.

You have such a powerful imagination.
I would love to own an old book store. I would go bankrupt though because I would want to keep them all. A coffee shop is also a fun idea. I am picturing a quaint setting where all of the creatives love to hang out.
