Sea Gypsy, we really did have a nice Christmas and it was nice to have a quiet day to rest. We are trying to stay warm. It's so cold outside. Roy ventures outside but I've been in the house. It's too cold for me. Thank you so much for your comment.

Kabu, thank you so much. It was a wonderful day but I'm glad today was quiet. I was trying to watch a show with Roy a little while ago and it was so nice and warm near the fireplace that I fell asleep. I hope you and Mr. Graysome are staying warm. It's freezing here and we've got a foot of snow.

Sassy, I'm so glad you and your family had a nice Christmas. Today is a rest day for me. We are going to sit by the fire and watch movies. When I look outside at the snow I'm sure our plan is a good one.

Pat, I'm glad I stayed home. Roy said when he got to Walmart the doors were locked and about 30 people were waiting to get inside. He said once he got inside people did seem out of sorts. Thank goodness I was at home. When it's too cold I just can't take it. I'm sitting in the dining room by the window and I can see all the snow on the trees and bushes. It's definitely not a day for going outside. I hope you have a good day!

Our grandkids want to get back to school too.
It is freezing here as well, and the roads are icy. I am happy to hear that you had a wonderful Chritmas. Ours was pretty amazing too. I plan to stay warm today and avoid the outdoors until later this week when it will go back up into the 50s.

You couldn't pay me to go shopping anywhere this morning. It's
always crowded with cranky people returning things the day after Christmas, and I can't stand crowds any time, but especially during the pandemic. Nice to have a fireplace on a snowy day. Enjoy.
