I once had the blue death screen on my old computer.
Sometimes they can be fixed by upgrading, cleaning, and performing maintenance. I go to the Microsoft site for help in many cases. I also have CrapCleaner, spyware blaster, and I remove cookies, temp files, and junk daily. Hope the below links will help you out.
