The Police Station is a start but I'm not sure he will find his answers when he gets there. A long time has passed but we shall see. Good detective work!

I've got a hunch the police station will yield a clue or two, but is
not the Station Toby meant. Our detective Henry is working through the puzzle - I hope he finds what he's looking for.
