C_C_T, we've been dealing with hard winters for years and the one thing we don't want to do is get stranded in the middle of a snowstorm. We try to avoid that at all costs. Thank you so much for your comment. Fortunately, your winters have been mild.

Kabu, all the cookies are gone. I gave them all away and put a smile on lots of people's faces for the holiday. Now I'm starting to plan Christmas. I will be making lots of festive cookies to give away! Thank you so much for the comment!

Good idea getting the vehicle checked over. In the old days before salt was put on the roads we had to fasten chains to the wheels. It was miserable job crawling under and over the wet ice and fixing chains. We have not had very cold winters for a few years I think it is to do with the gulf stream becoming warmer, Keep safe.

We are paralleling each other
We just bought a new battery for the truck, and we bought sub sandwiches for the girl's visit today. As for the snow part, I do not want any of that. I don't see any in our future forecast, so please keep it in Ohio.
