I hope this kitchen deal and the restructuring mess give you some
ideas for writing that you can put to good use once things are back to a reasonable facsimile of "normal."

Best of luck to you. I had a flood in the kitchen and lost the use of it for months. Set up a little table, mini-fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee pot in a bedroom, along with a box of paper plates, cups, towels and plastic cutlery. Very challenging.
BTW, you did a great writing job on the preface to BigV/Lisa's book.
