Thanknyou for sharing your recipe with us. That is so sweet and generous. I remember cooking big turkeys and then in Australia at Christmas time we swapped to lobsterb/ prawns (shrimp) salads of every kind and ham. All cold because the weather can be too hot to be cooking.
