I choose to be optimistic over the coming new year.
Change can be a good thing. I pray this is the case.

I use to make a "headline", but couldn't really come up with any good one.
I guess all the entire world has had a strange year at this one. But I know, especially you, and every single American, have had a very tough one.'
Congratulations, your next four years seems "safe".
I hope this COVID-thing will soon be gone, so everything closed by it can start again.

I believe you and I and most here at Blogit are managing amazing considering everything. I had to get my new roof but thanks to Trish it was the right price and excellent. It is good to know that a person can live alone and independent.

Hopefully the conditions at the center will soon get better.
The gift of new doors is a nice one. They are not cheap. We purchased an inexpensive door, and it still cost $400.00. This new year can only get better.

Wow! You have been busy, I suppose our own little worries are harder to bear.
When one hears what others have gone through it one realizes it happens to most.
I suppose you have to start early thinking about Birthday and Christmas reminders.

Thankful
Pat, I will start this comment by saying thank goodness your grandson is okay! I was so thankful when I read your post. It has been very stressful this year but some people are having a really hard time. I have to be thankful for the life I have. I try to think on the bright side but this year I've had to stop a few times and regroup. I think the days leading up to the election and the days after the election has caused me anxiety. It's such an uncertain time for all of us. Our COVID numbers are so high that it's hard to wrap my mind around it. Thank you for helping me realign my thinking again. I hope you have a good day!
On a side note, I love the way you think!
